Each episode of the reality TV show Love Handles features a couple that is overweight and having trouble within their relationship. Together, the couple is put on a 60-day program that helps them battle the bulge as well as any demons that are plaguing their relationship.

The couples will fight, cry and in some cases, sabotage each other, but at the end, most of them do make it out of their programs lighter, in one piece and still together. Those at the breaking point must ask themselves if reparations are possible or if it's just time to part ways.
