Butterfly is the story of one boy's coming of age. It centers around the friendship that bonds between him and his teacher in 1936 Spain. The year is supposed to be one of new friends, new experiences, and the joy of being a child turning into an adult. However, when the Spanish Civil War erupts, the lives of everyone involved will be forever changed.
