In the television show Working Class, single mom Carli Mitchell moves her family to a wealthy suburban neighborhood in hopes of providing a better life for her children without spoiling them. Carli continues to work blue collar job so that she can set an example for her kids while ensuring that they have enough of the basics to get by.

A comedy, follow Carli on her adventures as she dates her son's dentist so that he'll hopefully lower the bill, chaperons the school dance, and an ex-boyfriend re-enters her life and attempts to win her heart again.
