Watch Woman With a Shovel

When candidate Evelyn Petersen is blackmailed she abruptly drops out of the congressional campaign; her avid supporter, Public Defender Sheila Jefferson agrees to replace her. The Party soon decides Sheila is only a long-shot to win and withdraws much of their financial support. Sheila and her skeleton crew are forced to improvise if they want to have viable campaign.
