Brandon visits Whitecliff Vineyard & Winery located in Gardiner, NY. He learns of the challenges faced at their home vineyard including the cold air that drops from the Shawangunk Ridge and even climate change. Brandon then heads north to investigate Whitecliff's new experimental "Olana Vineyard" in Hudson, NY where the future lies in an unexpected grape varietal.

Brandon visits Robibero Family Vineyards located in New Paltz, NY and meets with the establishment's owner Harry Robibero who shares how his dream of one day owning a winery became reality. Brandon also unearths the buried history behind their "Forgotten Vineyard."

Brandon visits what is believed to be the oldest vineyard in the United States of America, Benmarl Winery located in Marlboro, New York. He meets with the winery's owner Victor Spaccarelli Jr. and learns about Mark Miller who envisioned and developed the property into what it is today. He also meets up with world-renowned wine educator Kevin Zraly.
