The Season 1 finale of What's On Draft begins with a short parody of "Dexter", where Dexter justifies his alcoholism with a set of rules, including the fact that he only drinks craft beer. Subsequently, Jesse Richardson gives a tour of Vista brewery 'Ebullition Brew Works', which was still under construction at the time of taping.

At Societe Brewing's 4th anniversary, the first annual Brewer's Games is held between 16 breweries. Set to epic classical music, this friendly competition is presented in slow-motion for your viewing pleasure. Contests include grain stacking, yeast balloon toss, and a tri-clamp maze.

What's on Draft's first flight-tasting episode outside of San Diego features a Van Nuys brewery called MacLeod, which specializes in traditional cask-conditioned British and Scottish styles of beer. 14. Flight Tasting: Novo Brazil

Novo Brazil's former Head Brewer Zack guides Aaron through a flight of the brewery's best wares. Zack discusses the challenges of learning kilograms and litres instead of the standard American brewing metrics, and tries to get Aaron drunk before he goes back to work. Groundswell Brewing shows up at the end to announce 22 oz bottles!

13. Season 1 Blooper reel

In this episode, we begin with Aaron demonstrating 'proper brewing technique' in a retro music video, where Tom dresses in drag. After that, we're treated to a gag reel of all the best gaffes from the Season 1 scripted episodes_4-18.

12. Flight Tasting: Hillcrest Brew Co

This flight tasting episode begins with a short parody of "Game of Thrones", where Jon Snow is accused of selling out before he is brutally attacked by other members of the Craft Watch. In the beer tasting segment, Tom reminisces with fellow brewer Shaver, who discusses his past brewing jobs, beer awards, and the fact that Hillcrest Brewing Co is the first ever openly gay brewery.

11. Tour: North Park Beer Co

Tom takes a tour of North Park Beer Co led by award-winning homebrewer Kelsey McNair of Hop-Fu fame. Kelsey discusses his plans for the new brewery and his years of expertise in the field of brewing. Also discussed: Kelsey's previous career in the video game industry, the joys of living in walking distance from your brewery, and the lack of macro beer on tap at the pub.

Alpine Beer Co is widely regarded as one of the finest breweries in the entire country. We sit down with our friend Bobby Mathews and discuss the beer, the Green Flash buyout, and everything in between. Bobby even discusses his online battles with BeerAdvocate comment trolls! Parodying the popular fitness series "Insanity", What's On Draft creates a workout session that includes keg curls, Zahm shaking, and lots of beer chugging. Different brewers drink beer of varying gravity, but the goal is the same - to Black Out. Who will Black Out first?

What's on Draft cast and crew attempt to navigate a beer festival for the first time without getting too drunk. Notable breweries include Big Sky, White Labs, Deschutes, and a distillery called Liberty Call.

7. Flight Tasting: Culture Brewing Co

Culture brewer Aleks guides Tom through a flight of the San Diego brewery's best beers. Aleks speaks on barrel aging, biochemistry, and dancing in the brewhouse. The episode also includes some impressive footage of locals skateboarding on the bar, and a clip from one of What's On Draft's scripted episodes_4-18 with a cameo from Aleks.

At Sleepaway Brew Co, the brewer training more closely resembles the US Navy's SEAL training. We follow new recruit Tom as he endures the intensive training and struggles to find success in this hostile environment.
