The story of Ladies versus Butlers! revolves around Hino Akiharu, who was raised by his grandmother in a poor family. Despite his financial struggles, he gets the chance to attend the prestigious HakureiryÅ Academy, a school that only accepts students from wealthy families. However, things take a dramatic turn when Akiharu mistakenly enters the girls' dormitory and is accused of being a pervert.

Despite his innocence, Akiharu is subsequently forced to become a butler in the academy's school council, an organization in which students from wealthy families learn the etiquettes and protocols of the elite society. However, Akiharu's life takes an interesting turn when he discovers that all of the girls he is serving are hiding their secrets and troubles from him.
