The show pits two custom bike builders against each other in a competition to build the best motorcycle. Each episode features two custom bike builders who have a week to build a motorcycle from the ground up. The builders are given a budget of $15,000 to purchase parts and materials for their bike, which they must complete within the allotted time frame. In addition to building the bike, the builders must also test ride their creations to see how they handle on the road.

The competition is judged by a panel of three expert judges who examine the bikes on a number of factors, including design, craftsmanship, speed, and handling. The winning builder receives a trophy and bragging rights, and the losing builder must relinquish their bike to the victor.

The show features a variety of different types of motorcycles, including choppers, cruisers, and sport bikes. Each bike is unique and reflects the personality and style of the builder who created it.

In addition to the competition aspect of the show, viewers also get a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into building a custom motorcycle. The builders talk about their inspiration for their design, the challenges they face during the build, and the techniques they use to bring their vision to life.

Great Biker Build-Off is a high-energy, fast-paced show that will appeal to motorcycle enthusiasts and fans of reality TV.
