Ghetto Justice is a Hong Kong television drama series with a legal theme that first aired in 2011. It was created by Terry Tong Kei-ming under the production of TVB. The series stars Kevin Cheng and Myolie Wu as two lawyers who operate in one of Hong Kong's most notorious slums, Sham Shui Po. The show consists of 21 episodes, and it was broadcast from 30 May to 10 July 2011.

Ghetto Justice is a light-hearted, comedic drama, which focuses on the lives of the residents of Sham Shui Po and how their destiny is shaped by injustice, crime and poverty. The series revolves around two passionate lawyers, Wong Si Fu (Kevin Cheng) and Kris Wong (Myolie Wu), who start running the Wai Wah Legal Services Office in the ghetto.

Through their work, Si Fu and Kris take on complex cases that deal with social struggles, such as domestic abuse, youth gangs, land redevelopment and corruption. As the cases bring them closer to the community, they face an uphill battle to bring justice to those who have been wronged. They face opposition from corrupt authorities, scheming businesspeople, and ruthless criminals who seek to protect their interests.

One of the central themes of Ghetto Justice is the struggle to balance morality with the law. Si Fu and Kris both seek to bring justice to their clients, but they do so in different ways. Si Fu is a passionate, street-smart lawyer who believes that rules can be broken to achieve justice. Kris, on the other hand, is a new lawyer who strictly adheres to the law, often to the detriment of her clients. The show explores the tension between the two approaches and how they reconcile their differences to work together.

In addition to the struggles of the legal profession, Ghetto Justice also examines the hardships of the residents of Sham Shui Po. The series features a diverse cast of characters, each with their unique storylines. There are elderly citizens facing eviction, youth seeking an escape from the cycles of violence and crime, and struggling single mothers trying to make ends meet. The show provides a glimpse into the challenges of living in Hong Kong's most economically disadvantaged neighborhoods.

Throughout the series, there are many hilarious moments that illustrate the characters' quirky personalities and their interactions with one another. The show's witty dialogue and physical comedy make it an entertaining watch.

The show also features a few romantic subplots that add to the drama. Si Fu develops feelings for Kris as the two learn to work together, but he struggles to express his affection. Kris, meanwhile, has a boyfriend who doesn't support her legal work, leading her to question their relationship.

In summary, Ghetto Justice is a light-hearted, entertaining legal drama that explores the struggles of living in Hong Kong's most notorious slum. With an appealing cast, witty dialogue, and relatable themes, the show offers an insightful commentary on the dynamics of power, morality, and justice.
