The evil slumlord Randall shows up at Matt and Jon's doorstep, not for retribution, but wants them to take on a new partner, his do-gooder niece Katie. Jasen is nonplussed by this taking on of a new partner and is worried that it will upset their delicate balance. A very new Charlie's Angels takes shape.
