We know that there are different FREE Resource Tools we can use to create our Closed Caption Files. You can use You-Tube platform or Subtitle Softwares. If you want to work everything online, then you can choose the You-Tube path. If you want to work everything offline, you can choose Subtitle softwares. Find a path that best suits you. I also have a path for you to hire a VA to create CC.

8. Scenario 5 Part 3 - Demo of Workflow using the YouTube Platform - Easy!

With you already made transcript, it is quite easy to get the CC final files on the YouTube Platform. Just upload. Then download the .srt format.

When you already have a transcript, it is great to use a Subtitle Software to do the editing. You just need to upload the transcript in .txt format and off you go just by clicking the tab. Watch how I do it. You will love this trick.

If you have an already made transcript, then you don't need to turn speech to text at all. The workflow for this one is even quicker and faster to produce. So if you have scripts to your videos, you can take advantage of this workflow here.

Here is an easy workflow for your VA to follow. You can still upload your videos onto the YouTube channel but you do not need to give away your personal account information to your VA. There is another free site whereby you can get the YouTube transcript easily.
