Curtis decides on a menu that features two risottos: one with asparagus and parmesan-reggiano for the veggie-lover and one with seafood, asparagus and saffron for the meat-eater with a classic Italian soup of borlotti beans and summer vegetables for starters. When Gordon comes home and walks through the back door, he can't believe his eyes. Soon after, he's enjoying a meal that happily reminds him of his travels with his new wife.
