She says acted in self defense to free herself and her two-year-old son after the driver locked them inside the cab. Tom needs to persuade the judge to dismiss the charges or release her without bail but the DA is asking for $15,000. Also Aida's client is a grandmother who is faced with a year in jail for assaulting an owner of a competing shoe repair shop.
