Cover Me is an intense crime drama show that aired on the USA Network from 2000 to 2001. The show revolves around the life of an undercover agent, Danny Arno, who infiltrates dangerous criminal organizations to bring them to justice. Peter Dobson stars as Danny Arno, who is an expert in using different identities to blend in with the criminal underworld.

In the show, Danny Arno is part of a highly specialized, yet small team of undercover agents, including his partner, Kevin "Mouse" McClusky, played by Michael Boatman. Together, they are tasked with infiltrating a range of criminal organizations, from drug cartels to the mafia. The show takes you on an action-packed journey into the seedy world of crime and the dangerous lives of undercover agents.

The show is a thrilling ride from beginning to end, with each episode featuring a different case for the team to solve. The cases range from dealing with drug traffickers to taking down the mob, and each episode is full of suspense and drama.

One of the most notable aspects of Cover Me is its attention to detail when it comes to the undercover operations. The show provides a realistic portrayal of how undercover agents work, including the stress, danger, and psychological toll that the job has on them. Danny Arno constantly switches identities, living and breathing the life of his chosen persona, in order to gain the trust of the criminals he's investigating.

Despite the danger, Danny Arno is the kind of character who thrives on the adrenaline of it all. He's tough, charismatic, and has a way with words that helps him to win over dangerous criminals, even when it seems impossible.

One of the most interesting aspects of the show is the team dynamic between Danny Arno and Kevin "Mouse" McClusky. Both characters have their own unique strengths and weaknesses, but together they make a formidable team. Mouse is the more technical of the two, with a background in computers and hacking, and he often helps Danny in his undercover operations.

The show also delves into the personal lives of the characters, adding depth to the storyline. Danny must balance the dangerous job of an undercover agent with his role as a husband and father. The show explores the struggles that his wife, Pilar, played by Elizabeth Berkley, faces as the wife of an undercover agent. She must often hide her husband's true identity from family and friends, and live in constant fear for his life.

Cover Me is a show that packs a punch, filled with action, drama, and suspense. It's a well-written, well-acted crime drama that will keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. Peter Dobson as Danny Arno is a captivating lead actor, bringing the character to life with his charisma and energy. The show is a must-watch for anyone who loves a good crime drama with a strong focus on undercover operations. It's a shame that Cover Me only aired for one season, as it had the potential to become a long-lasting crime drama classic.
