Chromium Blue is the ship of a billionaire playboy, Henry Brooke who has a bottomless wallet. Henry has his eye on Vivian, a successful fashion stylist who is in charge of her own life. Henry pursues Vivian who isn't buying into his interests, but he won't take no for an answer. When Henry is almost killed in a motorcycle accident, he convinces Vivian to take his yacht,the Chromium Blue with specifically selected women and let them live out their fantasy adventures.

Until Henry can regain his health, he wants to live his life through these adventures. Vivian is to report back to him; in full and complete detail what each woman's fantasy is and how she fulfills it.
