Watch Changing Lanes

NASCAR has been a white male dominated industry for more than six decades, but this reality series is determined to change its make-up. Ten women of African-American and Hispanic heritage are gathered to live in the same house as they prepare to compete for one of the coveted spots as a driver on the NASCAR team. Every week, another of the women is eliminated from competition as the challenge to make it as a driver gets tougher, resulting in the last woman standing who is named the winner.
