Bloodride is a Norwegian horror anthology series created by Kjetil Indregard and Atle Knudsen. The show premiered on Netflix in March 2020, and it consists of six independent episodes, each with its own unique storyline and setting. The series centers around a mysterious driver (played by Atle Knudsen) who takes a group of passengers on a haunting ride through the dark and twisted roads of Norway. Each episode features a different group of passengers with their own dark secrets and desires. As the passengers reach their destination, they come to realize that nothing is what it seems and that their journey was more than just a simple car ride.

The first episode, titled "The Old School", follows a substitute teacher named Rita (Ine Marie Wilmann) who is sent to a remote village to teach the students in an old schoolhouse. As she starts to teach, strange things begin to happen, and she discovers that the students have a dark secret that they will stop at nothing to protect.

In the second episode, "Three Sick Brothers", three siblings who are living in isolation in a remote cabin in the woods try to save their sick brother's life by performing a ritual that involves sacrificing a young woman. However, things do not go as planned, and they end up unleashing an evil force upon themselves.

The third episode, "Lab Rats", is about two scientists who are conducting experiments on animals in a laboratory. As they get closer to discovering a cure for a deadly virus, they begin to experiment on humans, and things start to spiral out of control.

The fourth episode, "Bad Writer", follows a struggling writer who is given the opportunity to write a best-selling novel by a strange publisher, but soon realizes that the price of success may be higher than he imagined.

In the fifth episode, "Ultimate Sacrifice", a wealthy family is held captive in their mansion by a group of masked killers who demand a sacrifice from them in exchange for their lives.

The final episode, "The Elephant in the Room", follows a married couple who move into a new apartment building, only to discover that their unit is haunted by the ghost of a previous tenant. As they try to get rid of the ghost, they uncover a terrible secret about the apartment building.

Overall, Bloodride is a chilling and suspenseful series that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Each episode has its own unique style and tone, but they all share a common theme of horror, mystery, and suspense. The show features talented actors, impressive direction, and top-notch storytelling, making it a must-watch for fans of the horror genre.
