Black Sun is a Turkish crime drama television series that was first aired on April 26, 2017 on Kanal D, a private television channel in Turkey. There are two seasons of the show with a total of 32 episodes. The show is also available on Netflix with English subtitles.

Black Sun revolves around the story of a young man named Mert Karada? (played by Tolga Sar?ta?) who is released from prison after serving seven years for a crime he did not commit. Mert returns to Istanbul with the hope of starting a new life and finding out who framed him for the crime he did not commit.
