Rocco is an expert bikepacker. Traveling by bike is his great passion. He traveled a large part of Italy by two wheels but he certainly didn't expect to see snow in October on the Alta Via of Monti Liguri. In the Aveto Natural Park he has a pleasant meeting with Franco, the greatest mushrooms seeker of this area.
5. From Pietralavezzara to Baita Monte degli Abeti with the Bondergarz

Lorenzo, Fabrizio and Matteo have always been friends and they created a team, the Bondergarz, putting together the initial letters of their surnames. They are a group of daredevil riders and the bicycle is their outlet with which they jump and fall at will.
4. From Passo del Faiallo to Pietralavezzara with Ale di pezza and Cipo

Alessandra is a poet and a MTB rider. She goes by "Ale di Pezza" which means "Stuffed Ale" because according to her, a rag is a material which suits her the most. It isn't the first time that she travels through the Alta Via, she has done it during a race, the Alta Via Stage Race which will remain forever in her heart.
3. From the Colle Scravaion to the Passo del Faiallo with Giacomo Dodino

Giacomo "Jack" Dodino is an enduro rider, guide and a MTB teacher. Most of his life he is dedicated to the bicycle, the Monte Carmo and the finale side are the areas where he grew up in and he is most fond of. Most of the paths he trains on daily have been "combed" by the mythical Ivo Trail Builder, a symbolic character in the province of Savona.
2. From Realdo to the Colle Scravaion with Flavio Bruno

Flavio is a cycle mountaineer. His greatest passion is to reach the highest peaks with his bike and it doesn't matter how he does it, if he must carry it on his shoulders, for him this is no problem. The Alpi Liguri Park is the ideal habitat for him. Here he meets David, a young shepherd who works as they once did.

Mathias is a nice Bavarian. He knows the Alta Via for over 10 years and claims to be in love with the food, culture, temperatures and the proximity between sea and mountains. His curiosity leads him to Realdo, where he meets Nino, an icon of the town and representative of Brigasca culture.
