Watch Along for the Ride with David O'Doherty

David shakes off the city with his friend, actor and comedian Joe Wilkinson, as they take on the sands of the sunny Suffolk coast for a cycle escape. During their two-day Jaunt, David and Joe enjoy the delights of rural life as they weave a course across hazy farmland, desperately trying to stay upright whilst cycling down sandy lanes.

David takes TV presenter Mel Giedroyc on a two-wheeled quest along the mysterious Northumberland coast, with the aim of making it to a holy tidal island. During their adventure David and Mel embrace the great outdoors by making portraits of each other from seaweed on the beach.

David is joined by artist and ex-mountain bike racer Grayson Perry as they take to the wilds of the Brecon Beacons for the stunning Welsh views and challenging hills. In the two day trip they'll bond over Grayson's career, childhood tales, and his disdain for nature.

David is taking actor and comedian Richard Ayoade on a two day cycle adventure to the South Coast, with their ultimate destination being the barren landscape of Dungeness. Along the way David will aim to show his city-dwelling friend the joys of letting your hair down in the countryside, whilst also avoiding the dangers it holds. Like poisonous berries and kissing gates.
