Watch Zombie Transfusion

A US Army experiment to reanimate the dead is stopped when the revived corpses can't control their hunger for human flesh. Thirty years on, the project is restarted but the corpses escape and devour the townsfolk in a gore-fest. A bunch of high school kids race against time to find a life-saving serum.
