In this video we seek to solve a great mystery. Why do we eat turkeys on Thanksgiving? The answer is not as simple as you might think. We look at the writings of the leader of the pilgrims, Edward Winslow in order to see what was on the menu that day. But, are we making assumptions that shouldn't be made? Beef and birds were eaten, we know. But was turkey one of the birds?
