After working for over two years to raise the financing, Nick and his partner Peter Gaulke were unable to find even one person willing to invest a single penny into their movie. Desperate to get the movie made, Nick and Pete began lying to potential investors that Steve Buscemi was attached as the star. As the lie begins to unravel, Nick takes drastic measures to keep his dream alive.
