Watch Unintended Consequences: Eminent Domain

This program introduces students to the history of eminent domain use in the United States and highlights arguments for and against its use for private redevelopment. The program gives students the opportunity to hear stories from three Americans who are fighting to keep their homes and businesses from city officials who want to put their property to "more productive uses."
