A 22 year old junkie, Peter Shek has escaped from a scientific lab where scientists have planted a microchip in the back of his tattoo loaded body. He was under the impression that they were going to help him get off drugs but instead he gets images in his head of "them" telling him to find particular types of electronic components and circuit boards and attach freshly killed brains and other internal organs and then connect them intravenously and inject the drugs so they both get ultra high. This method of getting high affects him like a three-minute orgasm! He loves it. "They" are keeping track of him via the microchip. Meanwhile another team of scientists are also keeping track of Peter but they want to undo what has been done by doing their own experiment utilizing their own software. After locating Peter and explaining it all to him, he agrees. Their microchip will change him from a drug addict to a man who craves and indulges in all types of sexual activity.
