Two brothers are trained in martial arts and entrusted with a half of a amulet. When joined with the other half of the amulet, it will give the beholder ultimate power. In the city of New Angeles, the brothers are on the hunt to find the other half of the amulet when they encounter an evil gang called the Power Corps, as well as some deadly body guards. They have to find the other half of the amulet before it's too late.
