Toyland is a German short film about the terror of the Holocaust. A German family and a Jewish family are neighbors and friends as World War II rages. The two young sons of the families take piano lessons together, and when the Jewish family is set to be shipped off to a concentration camp, the young German boy is told that they are going to "Toyland." Confused by the deception, the German boy disappears, and his mother, at first hindered by the Nazi authorities, must find him before something horrible happens to him.
