In this comedy, action star Chuck Norris plays a cop who is teamed up with a police dog after the dog's previous partner is killed. When the pair uncovers a domestic terrorist plot, they must do what they have to do to fight the forces of evil. Much punching, kicking, and gunplay ensues.
