A Canadian film tribute to Mark Isfeld (AKA "Issy") who swerved as a peacekeeper in former Yugoslavia. Soldiers died while clearing land mines to make the war-torn area safe for the nationals. The soldier's jobs were given the title of "engineers," and Issy, like others was killed in the line of duty.
