"The Owl Vs Bombo" is an action comedy from Hong Kong. The title characters are a pair of thieves who get blackmailed by an ex-cop. He forces them to volunteer their services at a juvenile detention center where they have the job of teaching the kids of how to find honest work. They also fall in love with couple of the employees and tangle with some smugglers.
