"The Nostril Picker" is an American slasher film from 1993. Joe Bukowski is a sadistic killer gifted with a special incantation for sharing some booze with a homeless man. By invoking the incantation's magic, Joe can assume the form of anyone he chooses. Although Joe is aware that excessive use of the spell will cost him his sanity, he ignores the warning and uses the magic to sow discord and strife among high-school-aged girls. Joe assumes the form of a teen girl to draw close to a female victim, only to then gleefully destroy, conquer, and devour the girl's body.
