The Inside Man is a 1984 film starring Dennis Hopper. Hopper plays the part of a CIA agent who is sent to find a Russian submarine that has run a ground. The submarine has a top secret laser finding device on it and Hopper's character is sent to find it. Meanwhile, he has to deal with foreign agents who want to distract his trail and attempts in finding the missing laser device. The movie was based on a real life event that happened in 1981.
