Watch The House

This one of director Wang Xiaoshual's least recognized works outside of China, but arguably one of his best. it's a quaint, but hilarious story of a young couple, while expecting their first child, decide to buy their dream house. One day, while the wife is out for the day, the husband's ex-girlfriend shows up at the door soaked to the bone. She had heard about the pregnancy and only had the intention of selling them insurance. Being the nice guy he is he offers the girl a hot shower, but while she's in the shower his in-laws show up unannounced. Watch the unbridled humor as he tries to get her out undetected.
