Ex-cop Jonah Mantz plans a robbery with his girlfriend Lisa. They blackmail Dr. Chandler Etheridge, an electronics expert, into helping them break into the safe of Lisa's boss, a corrupt city councilman who's on the local mob's payroll. As the situation progresses, however, things don't appear to be as they seem.
