Isa and Marie are two broke young women who decide to move in together in Lille. Their landlord is a woman who has a child in the hospital, and Isa begins to spend a lot of time visiting the child. Meanwhile, Marie finds herself falling in love with someone she believes to be the man of her dreams, but Isa sees red flags. Can she warn Marie before disaster ensues?
