Jesus himself has returned to Earth, but has chosen to inhabit the body of an upstart comedian. Troy Conrad, the hopeful comic, is only mildly appreciated in the world of stand-up comedy, but is about to get some incredible supernatural help. Though Troy is able to answer a litany of diverse questions concerning the afterlife, he cannot resist gathering fans at the bases of mounts, and discussing the similarities of water and wine. There has to be some comic interest in the life of Jesus.
