Following the decision to get a new partner in crime at the end of season 2 of The Casey Files. Casey the crime solving robot and Walley the turtle his fun loving friend travel to New York City. The pair are there on official police business as Casey is accepting an award, however they get into some fun and crazy adventures while on vacation.
