Watch The Bodybuilder and I

The Bodybuilder and I is a documentary film that was released in 2008. The film follows a son who decides to reunite with his father who is a bodybuilder. The son has been estranged from his father for a long time, and his father is a body builder who has achieved the title of grand master. The film follows the father as he goes about all of the preparation work required to win the title of senior bodybuilder, which is a title that he has previously won. While doing this, the father builds a new and healthy relationship with his now adult son.
