Watch Thaxted, I Vow To Thee

Based on Gustav Holst's Hymn 'I vow to thee my Country' which he wrote while living in Thaxted, and he called the tune to the hymn 'Thaxted. The tune uses a melody taken from Jupiter (from the Planet Suite), which was also written during Holst's time in Thaxted. The film features local musicians playing and as well as a choir singing backed by the City of Prague Symphony Orchestra.

Thaxted, I Vow To Thee is a 2018 documentary with a runtime of 10 minutes.
