Tetsuo II: Body Hammer is about the story of a Japanese businessman whose life is turned into a complete nightmare when his son gets kidnapped, as well as his wife later on in his life. He then goes on a search to find both his son and wife, hoping that they're still alive. During his search, he runs into a group of skinheads who decide to use him as a test rat by performing bizarre experiments on him.
