This video presents the traditional Qigong exercises of the Yang Family of Taijiquan. Adapted from the book Tai Ji Qi by Stuart Alve Olson, the Taiji Qigong Form, Post Stances, Expressing the Qi, and Cai Tui (Pulling Leg) exercises are fully explained and demonstrated. Anyone beginning to study Taijiquan should practice these exercises to develop their Qi.
