The other main character is Linda Marshall, a reporter often seen interacting with the band and public. Marshall is captured by the crime lord, and it is up to Ace X and Kid Velvet to get her back. The crime fighting superheroes have to hide their secret identities from everyone, which poses many challenges. The movie was filmed in British Columbia, Japan, Taiwan and California.
