This documentary follows the lives of talented street performers looking for acceptance, appreciation, and sometimes their next meal, on the clamorous streets of Indonesia. Street performers sing tales of life and love, earning enough money to get by and keeping despair at bay. For some young performers, the big city holds hope that life in their small villages back home cannot provide.
