Watch Stigma

Sebastian has the power to kill people simply by wishing for their death. His father died just after Sebastian wished him dead and the same thing happened with his brother. He felt anger and guilt as a result of the deaths. As he gets older and realizes that he is going to die soon, he goes on a purposeful killing spree, forgetting about the guilt that he once felt over the death of his family members.
