Watch Song of a Warrior Woman

Canadian soprano Maureen Batt sings Fiona Ryan's "Song of a Warrior Woman" from Lady of the Lake, a song cycle published in 2017 and inspired by Franz Schubert's cycle Op. 52. Both cycles were recorded by Batt and released in 2017 on Leaf Music. This project is funded in part by FACTOR, the Government of Canada and Canada's private radio broadcasters.
