Agent Rafferty is investigating the murder of a United States Senator and makes a startling discovery: Men In Black murdered him. He finds that the assassins are part of a secret government organization that suppresses truth about UFOs. The action is non-stop and along the way he is aided by a powerful man. He sees the faces of the M.I.B. with their pitch black eyes. Rafferty stops trusting anyone. He investigates the man helping him.
