Sitting in his office towering over Santiago and its beautiful scenery, the man in charge is Francisco. He is the main character in this film about overcoming the odds. His workers are all lazy, and he is the boss so it is up to him to fix all of the problems. When someone doesn't complete something, he resorts to filling out the paperwork and producing results himself. This tireless work ethic is what allowed him to experience immense wealth in the first place. However, now with a horrible staff in place, he must choose how to run the company better.
