In the Appalachian Mountains, the region is filled with tales of hard work, heroics, and tragedy. From the days of the moonshiners to the coal protests in the late 60s. Women have been the backbone of the region yet their stories are not heard as often. This is three women and their battle with mental health in the Appalachian Mountains.
