Watch Riddler's Moon

A woman in Indiana is the mother of an invalid boy who is unable to get out of his wheelchair. They live on a farm and she has no one to help her with the land. The ground there has not been fertile in years anyway. A sudden unexplained change occurs and the crops begin to grow and blossom. This is a blessing for the mother and child, but the neighbors see it in a different way. They imagine it is some alien force that has created the change and they want to get to the bottom of it. This could cause serious problems for the family of two.
