After the funeral of her grandmother, Lisa Reisert is waiting for a red eye flight back home when she encounters a charming and handsome man, Jackson Rippner. When she discovers that Jack is seated next her on the flight she is pleasantly surprised, until she realizes that her flight companion has a sinister motive to murder an official, and needs her assistance to execute his plan. If she refuses she will risk the life of her kidnapped father who is being held hostage to ensure that she complies.
